Root Monthly SEO Starter Plan

The Root Monthly SEO Starter Plan is made for very small but determined Shopify shops – independent florists, boutiques, wellness brands, and coaches who are just getting going online or have recently moved to Shopify and want the absolute basics in calm order before a bigger retainer.

Promise

We gently tidy the essentials so your shop can be found, understood, and trusted – without a full-blown SEO campaign.

Minimum contracted term: 3 months.
This is a light starter plan – enough time to fix foundations and see early signs of movement. After the first 3 months, the Root plan can roll month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, or you can grow into Seed.

Each month we:

Gently clean up your most important product and collection pages (up to 6 key collections per month) so they’re clearer to read and easier to buy from.

Fix the basics on your homepage and navigation so shoppers aren’t getting lost or confused.

Set up or tidy your Google Business Profile with one fresh post and neat categories/hours (if you serve a local area).

Run a light health check on site speed, broken links, and messy headings so obvious issues are identified and prioritised.

Send a short one-page check-in + Loom video showing what we touched, what we’re seeing in search, and the 1–2 things to focus on next.

Authority / links

There’s no dedicated link building in Root, and we keep new content very light – this plan is about essentials, not campaigns. Once your shop is stable, a little tidier, and getting more consistent traffic, we can safely step up into Seed where we work on more collections, deeper content, and authority.
